Hi Voicemail is a startup from New Zealand that wants to improve the outdated experience with voicemails by offering one central place for all the voicemails, giving the option to create multiple custom voice greetings for the different unavailable occasions, and forward voice messages for work delegation.
Saving time, increasing productivity, and improving the service with customers, this became a trusted app by salespeople to manage their voicemail. People can quickly set their status either by location activation or instantly, improving communication and creating better relationships.
All voicemails in one place and stored in the cloud forever
The app is simply divided into 2 main sections at the bottom navigation - Voicemails and Greetings. With the ability to store voicemails forever, there’s the option to quickly call or message back the caller, forward the message to someone else, or delete it.

What makes this product unique, is the ability to create multiple custom greetings for different occasions. So depending on the activity or place users are that doesn’t allow them to pick up a call, a different greeting is played to who is calling. For example when at the gym, picking up kids from school, on holiday, etc.
This makes everyone that is calling feel that they are being taken into consideration, turning business interactions more professional, friendly, and with a personal touch. To create one there’s a 3 step simple experience: Add a greeting name, record the greeting and preview it before saving it.
Greetings activation
Once the personal greetings are created, they can be activated manually and instantly or automatically using the user’s location. For the location mode, it’s possible to add as many as possible and link a greeting to it, and once the user approaches the area, the greeting is automatically activated and the change is done hands-free.
Adding a location and linking it to a greeting
Locations can be added as much as needed, from home, work, gym, school, or client address, there’s no limit. In fact, as more there is, the less hand work is needed as the app can work on its own.
Product mascot on chat stickers
In addition to personal greetings, the app also offered the option to send a quick sticker when the user could access their phone but could still not pick up the call. For that, these product custom chat stickers were created. This little phone became the product mascot.

Email design template
Email template created and used for product features announcement and system notifications. The top illustration would change according to the email content, and all the visuals part of the email were also individually and uniquely created for each email.
